A Bachelor of Arts in violin from Bridge Academy, Shri Navaneedha Krishnan, holds 13 years of experience since his tryst with the violin at the age of 7. He hails from the Lalgudi bani, having had his tutelage under famed Gurus, Shri Vittal Ramamurthy and Shri Srinivasamurthy, who were disciples of the legendary Maestro Shri Lalgudi Jayaraman.
Navaneedha Krishnan continued his advanced studies under Shri Ganesh Gopalakrishnan, the disciple of Kunnakkudi R Vaidyanathan, and post that with Shri Ganesh Rajagopalan, the famed ‘Gramee awardee’ (of Ganesh and Kumaresh duo). His violin performances have accompanied illustrious musicians like Kalaimamani Dr. Udayalur Kalayarama Bhagavathar and Erode Balaji Bhagavathar, and numerous All India Radio artists in India and abroad. Navaneedha Krishnan was awarded the prestigious Rasika Rathna Award for violinist in 2018 and 2019. He adeptly communicates in English, Hindi, and Tamil with his disciples
